Diverter valve
The diverter valve is used to control the flow of water to the following devices:
The Showerhead
The body jets
The shower wand
Bath tub fill
To operate the diverter valve, press the “release” button and rotate to the device
you wish to use. Return the device to the “off” position after use.
IMPORTANT:
Based on typical residential water pressure and flow rates all
components within the shower will not work at the same time, e.g., overhead
shower and body jets together; therefore, the diverter will only operate one device
at a time.
Thermostatic faucet
The unit is equipped with a thermostatic faucet for setting the mix between hot and
cold water. The temperature markings are for reference only as the unit does not
elevate the water temperature beyond the temperature of your hot water heater.
Set the thermostatic faucet to your preferred temperature and your unit will
operate at this same temperature with each use unless you change the setting.
To operate the faucet, press the “release” button and turn it in the direction of your
desired temperature.
Overhead showerhead
The showerhead can operate one of two ways depending on the type of unit you
have. If your unit contains a fourth zone of body jets (neck jets), operate the
showerhead as follows:
1.Rotate the diverter valve to the shower position and water will begin to flow.
2.Set the thermostatic valve.
3.When finished rotate the diverter back to the “off” position.
If your unit does not have a fourth row of body jets (neck jets), your showerhead
will operate as follows:
