EL2

below -80° or
above +80°, then
you cannot use the
values in step 13.

Now go back to the
'Data'
tab. Read and record the new sensor
orientation angles.
Azimuth (AZ2), Elevation (EL2), and Roll
(RL2).
These angles describe the current orientation of the sensor
(mounted on your object) relative to your reference frame.

To complete the configuration, click on the
'Settings'
tab, and enter
as 'Angle Align' settings the values you just recorded in Step12:
Angle Align: AZ2 EL2 RL2
(values from Step 12)
(select 'Apply' to send to the Scanner)

If the alignment procedure was successful, here's what you'll notice:
a.
The orientation angles now displayed in the
'Data'
tab describe
the orientation of your object relative to your desired reference
frame.
b.
If the object has not moved (from position in step 11), these
angles will be close to '0.0'.
