Driving in the RC mode
Warning
Risk of injury during driving forward and in reverse.
► Make sure no other persons stand in front of or behind
the device and that your path is clear of obstacles.
► Make sure that no other persons, children or animals
are transported.
► Do not ride on the device yourself.
► Make sure that you are outside the danger zone.
Warning
Driving on slopes is dangerous. There is a tilting and slip-
ping hazard.
► Observe the safety instructions regarding driving on
slopes.
► Observe the information in chapter Operating modes.

The more you push the joystick, the faster the device moves.

Drive forward:

Stop (neutral position/parking brake):

Reverse:
Push joystick back
Always reverse slowly. Be especially cautious when the
blade is engaged.

Turn rotary knob to the left
(direction turtle).
Turn rotary knob to the right
(direction rabbit).
Limit the driving speed with the rotary knob (12) to a speed at
which you can control the device reliably. The maximum
speed is reached when you push the joystick all the way.
Setting the cutting height

Higher cutting height:
Continue to press the toggle switch forward
until the desired cutting height is reached.
Lower cutting height:
Continue to press the toggle switch back-
ward until the desired cutting height is
reached.
Highest cutting height:
Tap the toggle switch once briefly out of the
transport position to the rear.
Engaging the blade in the RC mode
Warning
Risk of injury due to rotating blade.
► Make sure that no persons, children, animals or objects
are in the danger area.
► Make sure that you are outside the danger zone.
Warning
Risk of injury caused by ejected objects.
► Never mow when persons, children, pets or objects are
in the danger area.
► Make sure that you are outside the danger zone.
Only engage the blade when it can rotate freely and does not
touch objects or the ground.
Do not engage the blade in uncut grass because when over-
loaded, the blade can be damaged or wear prematurely.
Requirements
– The engine is running.
– The oil control light is off.
– The blade is not in transport position.
