Hardware Installation

Note
If you have configured your chassis with both AT-3600 Series modules and
TurboStack modules, you will need to refer to the
AT-3600 Series Hub/
Repeaters and AT-S4 Firmware Module Network Operations Manual.
The
AT-S10 software will not run on a chassis configuration that includes both
AT-3600 and TurboStack modules. See your ATI sales representative for
further details.
Attention
If a fault light illuminates and/or the port activity (link) LEDs on the
Master module illuminate when you first power up a hub, there may be a
problem with the unit. The recommended sequence of corrective steps is as
follows: 1) turn off the power and power up a second time; 2) insert a
firmware cassette in the back-panel port of the unit; 3) initiate a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) to ATI.
For a detailed explanation of ATI’s TurboStack chassis offerings, refer to
the
TurboStack™ Chassis and Backplane Installation Manual,
available
through your local ATI sales representative.
