General
The Ariterm BioComp with PX52 burner is an economical, reliable and environmentally
friendly boiler for fuel pellets intended for heating buildings and larger detached homes.
As standard, the BioComp is equipped with integrated automatic controls for the production of
hot water (does not apply to the Ultra Light version).
The burner is mounted on runners on the left or right side of the boiler (specify when ordering)
and can be easily removed from the boiler for cleaning. The burner can also be reached from the
service hatch on the front of the boiler. The control electronics, which are mounted on the front
of the boiler, regulate the boiler's temperature and the burner's output in upto three steps. The
current operating information, set values, alarms etc. are shown on the display.
The vertical convection tubes are kept clean automatically with the help of motorised turbula-
tors. The ash that is scraped off the tubes collects in the ash space at the bottom of the boiler,
together with the ash blown out of the burner pipe. The ash can be removed through a hatch at
the bottom of the front, and through 2 hatches, one at the bottom of each side.
An immersion heater can be installed as an accessory on either side. The immersion heater is
connected to its own separate electricity supply and has a thermostat and overheat protection.
The output is 3 + 6 kW. The boiler has 2 connections on each side with DN50 internal thread,
which can be used for the boiler return water or immersion heater.
