7.8 Fuel System
The LS-1 fuel system is comprised of a 15 gallon tank
in each wing. There is an engine-driven fuel pump
that runs continuously during engine operation to
draw fuel from the selected fuel tank. An electric
boost pump is installed as a backup to the mechanical
pump and to facilitate refilling of the carburetor bowl
after periods of inactivity.
