7.2 Flight & Ground Controls
PRIMARY FLIGHT CONTROLS
The primary flight control system consists of
conventional aileron, elevator and rudder control
surfaces. The elevator and ailerons are manually
actuated with push-pull control tubes connected to
the control stick assembly. The rudder is driven by
conventional pedals with tensioned cables and
pulleys.
TRIM SYSTEM
The pitch trim is electrically-driven and actuated by a
rocker switch on the instrument panel. There is no
provision for rudder or aileron trim.
WING FLAP SYSTEM
The wing flaps are electrically actuated by a linear
actuator mounted in the spar box area. The wing flap
control switch is a three-position momentary switch
located on the instrument panel above the throttle
control. Pushing the switch upward raises the flaps
and pushing the switch downward lowers the flaps.
