4. UNPACKING 

When unpacking and installing relays, take great care to avoid damaging the parts and 
changing the settings.  Relays must be handled only by people who are experts in this field.  
As far as possible, the installation must remain clean, dry, free from dust and free from 
excessive vibration.  The site must be well lit to facilitate inspection.  Relays removed from 
their housings must not be exposed to dust or humidity.  To this end, it is necessary to take 
great care when installing relays whilst construction work is taking place on the same site.
