This input controls the state of the ABS warning light. This light must be on, on the ABS control unit,
with input open or at a high level; with input at a low level, the warning light is off.

Contact 1 / Contact 2
Two contacts that lock the vehicle, controlled by the immobilizer or by the engine control logic. These
contacts should be suitably sized to allow a 200 mA current at closed circuit, whereas the pickup current
is 500 mA. The contacts should be protected to allow controlling inductive loads.
Start-up relay activation
It should be able to control a relay with maximum current of 4A.

The performance profile must not be lower than 50000 km (31068) or 8 years.
LCD specifications
The display used has a 128x112 pixel resolution (X-axis - Y-axis); the visible area is 62x55 mm
(2.44x2.16 in), while the active area (the one actually occupied by pixels) is 56x49 mm (2.20x1.92 in)
(X-axis - Y-axis).
The visualisation cone is the following one: On the horizontal plane (x-z), it is +45° -45°; on the vertical
plane (y-z), it is +10° -30°. Contrast must be over 5 in the whole visualisation cone.
It should be possible to read all the LCD displays with Polaroid glasses up to 35° with respect to the
horizontal surface.
Temperature display
The operating specifications considering temperature on the display are as follows:

Effective temperature (no ghost effect): -20°C +/- +85°C (-4 °F +/- 185°F)
•
Storage temperature: -30°C +/- +90°C (86°F +/- 365°F)
A display compensation system should therefore be implemented on the instrument panel to account
for ambient temperature variations.
