Removing the gear selector

•

Remove the clutch.

•

Remove the right crankcase.

•

Working from the clutch side, release

the spring of the gear selector.

•

Working from the alternator side, re-

move the safety ring.

•

Working from the clutch side, slide off

the gear selector and collect the wash-

er and the oil seal.

GEAR SELECTOR REMOVAL

•

Slide off the two washers (1) and (2).

•

Remove the safety ring (3).

•

Slide off the washer (4).

•

Slide off the stop lever (5).

•

Slide off the spacer (6).

•

Slide off the washer (7).
