ALIGN THE REFERENCE ON THE COUNTERSHAFT DRIV-
ING GEAR WITH THE REFERENCE ON THE DRIVEN GEAR.

•

Tighten the countershaft driven gear

nut to the specified torque.

•

Fold the safety washer tabs.

•

Fit the right crankcase cover.

•

Fit the clutch.

•

Install the water pump unit.

•

Correctly fit the seven fixing screws for

the right crankcase half.

•

Tighten the seven screws to the pre-

scribed torque, operating diagonally.
