LASER CUTTING AREA
The laser cutting area can be polluted
easily due to the dust during the cutting.
when working area is polluted, it makes
F-theta lens life be decreased, and can
disturb the normal operation of the
sensor and the vision camera. therefore,
the user needs to keep them clean.
If the laser cutting area is polluted fater
than before, it needs to check the filter
of the dust collector.

Weekly
The parts that need to be cleaned weekly are F-theta lens and black mark sensor that can affect
the cutting quality. when operating the machine, if F-theta lens and black mark sensor are
exposured with dust for long time, it affects the laser power and cutting area, cutting quality,
cutting operation. therefore, to keep the surface of the lens and sensor cleanly, it needs to be
cleaned every two weeks.
F-Theta LENDS CLEANING
Turn off the power of the machine and
remove the lens by turnting it to the
anti - clockwise.
