② Mark Delay
-
When Mark Delay is too short (Example 2)
If Mark Delay is too short, even if the reflector cannot be reach the destination, when the
commmand for the next vector starts, the laser will move to the next vector and start to mark.
It means that the laser jumps to the next place to mark before the laser finishes the mark,
it can cause the problem as below.
<Example 2>
-
Mark Delay is too long
If Mark delay too long, it does not affect the cutting quality, but the overall working time can be
long.
③ Polygon Delay
-
When Polygon Delay is too short (Example 3)
If Polygon Dealy is too short, the cornor of the continuous vector is like round, not an angle.
Even if the reflector cannot be reached to the destination of the next continuous vector, the laser
moves to the next vector to mark because the command is completed.
