FUNCTION MENU SETUP
Voice Operated Transmission (VOX) Setup
1. Press
key, the top left corner of the LCD will display " " icon, then press
key to enter into function menu.

key to choose NO. 18 function item, it shows "
VOX
" on LCD.
3. Press
key to next menu, and press

key to choose desired Vox level.
1~10 :
10 VOX levels. Each setting will require a louder/ more 'volume' to active
the VOX transmission
OFF:
VOX function is disabled.
4. Press

key to confirm and exit.
When this function is enabled, the transmitting can be started by your voice (generally used with an ear-
piece), When it is enabled there is no need to press the [PTT] key.

In order to prevent the transceiver from returning back to the receive mode during a VOX initiated call,
(which may cause some of the transmission to be missed) the user can set a suitable delay time before
the VOX transmission is ended.
0.5S-3S: There are 27 options, with each interval being 0.1Second
