Known issues
The following issues are known (FW version 1.10.08) and work arounds
are advised. In the second column (instr.) the type of instrument to which
the issue applies is indicated. SCC = Single Cell control (standard prod-
uct), DCC = Dual Cell control (option).

500 nA range. The maximum current which can
be compensated in these ranges
is 25 µA. See table II and III in
Chapter 3 for an overview of the
maximum compensation for all
selectable ranges in the DC and
pulse mode.

DCC
In Pulse mode - 2 the
0.005, 0.002 and 0.001
Hz are selectable from
the method window of the
CDS control drivers (Dia-
logue Elite, Chromeleon),
but must not be used. It
can lead to noise and
regular spikes in the
chromatogram.
Select an ADF filter setting in the
range of 0.5
– 0.01 Hz for the
Pulse mode - 2.
4 DCC Related to issue #3: If
one of the cells is oper-
ated in Pulse mode - 2,
and the other in either DC
or pulse mode: do not
use an ADF filter setting
of 0.005, 0.002 and 0.001
Hz on both cells. These
filter settings can affect
the performance of the
cell operated in Pulse
mode - 2.
Select an ADF filter setting in the
range of 0.5
– 0.01 Hz for both
cell 1 and 2.
