Lighting
1 - Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker to dis-
connect it from the electrical mains.
2 - Turn the knob (A) clockwise (pos. a) to the max-
imum power setting to turn on the heating ele-
ments.
N.B.: the mains light (B) comes on.
3 - Turn the knob (A) gradually clockwise to regu-
late the power of the heating elements down to
the minimum setting (pos. b).
Turning off
1 - Turn the knob (A) clockwise (pos. c) to turn off
the heating elements.
2 - Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker to dis-
connect it from the electrical mains.
To carry out this operation, proceed as fol-
lows.
1 - Raise the lid (A).
2 - Turn the water spout (B) towards the pan.
3 - Turn on the water taps (C) to fill the pan to a lev-
el between the two marks (D).
Important
For faster boiling times, use hot water only;
use cold water only when specifically requi-
red.
4 - Turn the water spout outward and then close
the lid (A).
Caution - warning
Never use the appliance with no water in the
well, as this may damage its structure.
5 - To drain the pan turn on the tap (F).
