No torch is installed

The torch has not been pushed up to
the working position

Install a torch
−
Push the torch to the working position

Remedy

The recirculating chiller is not switched
on
−
The cooling water flow is too low
−
Switch on the recirculating chiller
−
Determine the cooling water flow
−
Service the coolant
