Installations for HydrEA operation
CAUTION! ELECTRONICS MAY BE DAMAGED!
Switch off the contrAA 600 before installing the AS-GF!
The electronics of the contrAA 600 are very sensitive. Damage due to connection or discon-
nection of electrical plug-in contacts may occur.
The installation and operation of the HydrEA systems is described in the operating manuals
for the corresponding accessories systems. This operating manual is limited to particularities
when installing the HydrEA systems in the contrAA 600.
Installation for continuous HydrEA operation
In continuous working mode, the samples are loaded via the autosampler AS-F or AS-FD.
The HydrEA system HS 60 modular and the autosampler are placed on a separate table in
front of the contrAA 600.

Work steps: Installation
1.
Switch off the contrAA 600.
2. Install the HS 60 modular at the contrAA 600 in accordance with the operating manual.
3. Plug the control cable into the socket of the autosampler (rear) and fasten.
4. Place the autosampler AS-FD (with Fluidik module) next to the HS 60 modular.
5. Plug the control cable into the "AS" socket on the right side wall of the contrAA 600 (7 in

outlet tube to the connector of the receiving bottle.
Note
: Position the outlet tube at a constant incline. If necessary shorten the tube.
7. Screw the tube for the washing liquid to the rear of the autosampler.
