PTE-300 PosiTrack Ethernet Camera Controller
The LED below and to the right of the joyswitch, LED1, may give one of several signals for the operator:
RS-232 communications settings
The factory default RS-232 communications settings are:
9600 baud
No Parity
8 bits
1 stop bit
The PTE-300 contains one EIA RS-232C standard port for equipment that requires RS-232 control. The
following communication protocols are supported:
300, 2400, 9600, 19200, and 38400 baud
7, 8, or 9 Data bits
1 or 2 Stop bits
Even, Odd, and None parity settings
RS-232 Port DB-9 pinouts
The following table lists the RS-232 Port DB-9 (male) pinouts (FIG. 10).
