Making speed dial calls
The Control System offers a quick way to dial the phone number of sites you call
most often (Figure 51). To make a videoconference call using a preprogrammed
speed dial number:
1.
Select the DIAL button at the top of the control screen.
2.
If the preprogrammed number you are attempting to call is currently dis-
played, press the desired number. The call is automatically dialed.
If the preprogrammed number you are attempting to call is not currently displayed:
1.
Press the Speed Dial Setup button. The Control System page-flips to the Speed
Dial Setup page (Figure 52).
