Operational Quick Guide
Overview
This section provides you with quick guides for basic operational features of your
videoconferencing system.
Making a Call
The VClink Control System gives you the option of manually dialing calls or speed
dialing using an online phone book.
The Dial button at the top of the page offers access to the dialing functions, includ-
ing placing calls, hanging up and managing speed dial numbers.
Entering Speed Dial Numbers
The speed dial directory can hold up to 49 telephone numbers. To add, edit, or de-
lete a speed dial number:
1.
Press the DIAL button at the top of the touch screen page.
2.
Press the Speed Dial Setup button in the Speed Dial Section (Figure 48).
