AXB-TMC/TMX+ Television Managers
Response Mask
By default, data is sent when the AXB-TMC/TMX+ gets changed. Bits in the response mask can
turn off the sending of this data:
!
(1=ON), the data is sent.
!
(0=OFF), the data is not sent.
RS-232 Response Commands
The examples shown below are in the Axcess programming language syntax. These are
communications sent from the AXB-TMC/TMX+ via the RS-232.

RS-232 Response Commands
Channel Status
Syntax:
'&'<1><0><CHANNEL><STATUS><CHECKSUM>
Example:
"'&', 1, 0, 1, 1, 45"
(Status Byte: 1=Push; 0=Release.) Push on reports a channel 1.
Receive String
Syntax:
'&'<3><0><# BYTES><STRING><CHECKSUM>
Example:
"'&', 3, 0, 9, 'AXB-TMX+/TMC', 172"
The string 'AXB...' was received via the 9-pin serial port.
Bus Status
Syntax:
'&'<6><STATUS><CHECKSUM>
Example:
"'&', 6, 1, 45"
This is always the response to get bus status.
Device List
Syntax:
'&'<7><1><1><CHECKSUM>
Example:
"'&', 7, ','<CHECKSUM>"
This is always the response to the device list command.
