AXB-TMC/TMX+ Television Managers

Television Power Receiver (CC-XPS) Adjustment

After connecting the Television Power Receiver (CC-XPS) to the television, the Auxiliary DIP 

switch settings may require resetting to detect when the television's power is on or off. 

The Auxiliary DIP Switch Settings 7 - 8 and Values for IR table on page 4 shows the high, medium, 

and low sensitivity.

The simplest operation response test is to use the Axcess terminal and send multiple SP commands 

to the AXB-TMC/TMX+. In most Synergy systems, this can be accomplished by pressing Source 

up and down on the hand-held remote.

Installing angle mounting brackets

To install the angle brackets on the AXB-TMC/TMX+:

1.

Position the side of the angle-mounting bracket (with two holes) against the side of the 

AXB-TMC/TMX+. Then, align the two bracket holes with the two threaded screw holes in the 

side of the AXB-TMC/TMX+.

2.

Insert two of the four flat-head screws provided, and start the screws. Using a Phillips-head 

screwdriver, tighten the screws.

3.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the second mounting bracket.

Before making IR signal strength adjustments, attempt to correct the problem by 
adjusting the values of the Send_Commands CTON and CTOF. Refer to the 
Programming section on page 19 for more information.
