Select Unit… - Use this option when two or more units are connected to your PC. This option allows 
you to select between the individual units.  

 

Download Data – Click on this option to download the events from the controller’s memory onto your 
PC.

If the software window appears but the display is blank try one of the following: 

 

Remove End Jumper (See Chapter 11.3. and 13.2.) 

 

Check the polarity of the connection wires (see Chapter 11.2.)
