110030 ISO Alarm
1. Restart the system and check whether
the fault persists.
2. If it persists, please contact the customer
service center for further check.
110034 Fan Abnormal Alarm
1. Check whether the internal temperature
reaches 60 degrees when the fan alarm is
confirmed through the Alpha-ESS APP or
web server. If the alarm occurs before
reaching 60 degrees, it is an alarm caused
by an external fan. Otherwise, the internal
fan is faulty. please contact customer ser-
vice for further check.
2. If it is confirmed that it is an alarm
caused by an external fan, power off the
inverter and restart, and pay attention to
observe whether the external fan will work,
or whether there is a fan that is obviously
slower than other fans.
(1). Check whether the fan wiring is normal
(reconnect/replace);
(2). Check whether the fan blades are dam-
aged or blocked (replace);
(3). Check whether the fan body is adhered
to foreign objects such as oil dirt and dust
(replace).
If there is no obvious abnormality in the
fan, replace all external fans. If the problem
cannot be solved, contact customer service
for further check.
