Command Description
Start a local or remote
management session on the
switch. For instructions, refer to
“Starting a Local Management
Session” on page 145.
awplus> enable
awplus# Enter the ENABLE command to
move from the User Exec mode
to the Privileged Exec mode.
awplus# configure terminal
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with
CNTL/Z.
awplus(config)# Enter the CONFIGURE
TERMINAL command to move
to the Global Configuration
mode.
awplus(config-if)# interface port1.2.1,port1.5.4
awplus(config-if)
Enter the INTERFACE
command to move to the
Interface mode of port1.2.1 and
port1.5.4.
awplus(config-if)# stackport
awplus(config-if)
Enter the STACKPORT
command to designate the
ports as trunk ports.
awplus(config-if)# exit
awplus#(#config) Enter the EXIT command to
return to the Global Config
mode.
awplus(config-if)# exit
awplus# Enter the EXIT command to
return to the Privileged Exec
mode.

Wait three minutes for the
