Seat all circuit boards, eproms and ribbon cable
connections ( caution: remove power before
removing eproms or circuit boards)
E-stop guard in place
Remove pneumatic bulkheads from the back of the controller.
Do all valves operate ?

No audible solenoid leaks
Re-install pneumatic bulkheads from the back of the controller.
