CAUTION
Disassembly of the return air intake
grille. Danger of injury due to rotating
parts. Hands can be jammed.
►The return air intake grilles are
mounted fixed and may only be
removed by qualified staff.
Cleaning the floor shelf and surfaces.
Remove food residues, such as spilled liquids, and
packaging waste.
Clean side walls, device frame.
Clean the glass elements.
Also clean the associated plastic bezels/device
frame and seals. Do not apply large amounts of
cleaning agent to these surfaces to be cleaned.
NOTE
•
Material damage
due to improper cleaning.
Damage to the surface of plastic bezels/device
frame and impairment of the function of seals.
►There must not be any detergent residues on
the plastic bezels/device frame and seals.
►Always clean plastic bezels/device frame and
seals again with clean water.
Dry all cleaned parts.
Insert the cleaned base plates/floor shelves.
Insert the cleaned display shelves.
CAUTION
Improper assembly of the display
shelves. Danger of injury due to
falling of display shelves loaded with
goods.
►The bracket for the display
shelves must fully engage in the
slots provided during suspension.
Clean the floor in front of the device.
Main cleaning
Responsibility:
The main cleaning is an intensive cleaning process
and must only be performed by qualified staff and
AHT-authorized and trained cleaning companies.
Cleaning interval:
At least once a year or
according to separate maintenance agreement
between AHT and the customers.
Cleaning steps:
Follow the separate cleaning manual.
This is available at the qualified staff and AHT-
authorized cleaning companies.
Maintenance, service and repairs
The maintenance, service and repair work, including
subsequent functional testing, must only be
performed by qualified staff.

the maintenance service (see

Chapter 10.4.).
WARNING
Work on the electrical system and refrigerant
circuit. Contact with live parts may cause
electric shock.
For devices of type R-290: The refrigerant can
escape and create an explosive gas/air
mixture. Risk of fire due to sparks or
overloading.
►Work on the electrical system and
refrigerant circuit may only be performed by
qualified staff.
►Replacement of the cooling cassette must
only be performed by qualified staff.

Before any maintenance, service and
repair work
1. Disconnect the device.
2. Secure the device against restarting.
►Recommissioning and functional testing
may only be performed by qualified staff.
CAUTION
Sharp edges, rotating parts. Risk of injury
to the hands and body. Hot surfaces. Risk
of burns in case of contact with skin.
►Maintenance, service and repair work on
the device may only be performed by
qualified staff.
►Wear protective gloves.
►Touch hot surfaces (in particular
compressor, tubular heating elements, hot
gas lines) only after they have cooled down.
Maintenance
Maintenance interval:
Once a year
or according to separate maintenance agreement
between AHT and the customers.
Performing the maintenance
:
Follow the separate maintenance instructions and
maintenance protocols. These are available to the
qualified staff.
Changing the lamps
Lamps used:
LED bars
