Applicazione al trattore
PERICOLO
Questa operazione va eseguita con la trattrice
spenta, la presa di forza disinserita ed il freno
di stazionamento inserito. Obbligo di indossare
i dispositivi di protezione individuale DPI.
Lo spandiconcime è applicabile a qualsiasi tipo di
semovente e trattrice compatibile con le caratte
-
ristiche dello spandiconcime.

1.
Applicare sulla trattrice la zavorra anteriore per
stabilizzare il complesso trattrice-spandiconcime
.
(Vedi “Calcolo della stabilità trattrice-spandicon
-
cime”)

Applicare le barre inferiori del sollevatore della
trattrice agli attacchi inferiori dello spandiconcime
e inserire le spine di sicurezza.

Collegare il terzo punto con l’apposito braccio
inserendo lo spinotto e la coppiglia di sicurezza.
4.
Bloccare i bracci inferiori dei tre punti della
trattrice con gli appositi tiranti di irrigidimento per
aumentarne la stabilità.

Innestare l’albero cardanico assicurandosi che
sia scattato il fermo di sicurezza.
Leggere attentamente il manuale fornito in allegato
all’albero cardanico.

Tractor hitching
DANGER
Before hitching the spreader to the tractor, turn
the motor off, disengage the P.T.O. and put the
handbrake on. Personnel are required to wear
personal protective equipment.
The spreader can be hitched to any tractor or self-
propelled machine of suitable power.
(See technical
specifications).
1.
Apply the minimum front ballast to the tractor.
(See “Tractor-spreader stability calculation”).
2.
Fix de lower bars of the tractor lifting machanism
to the lower couplings of the spreader (Pic. F4.5a)
and then secure with safety pins.
3.
Connect the upper bar of the 3-point hitch with
the suitable pin (Pic. F4.5A) and safety split pin.
4.
To increase the machine firmness, fasten the
lower bars of the 3-point hitch with the suitable tie
rods.
5.
Place the cardan shaft, making sure the backstop
has been relased at the power takeoff and that the
screw on the cardan shaft of the fertilizer spreader
is locked.
