Montaggio
Per garantire la massima sicurezza nell’uso
dello spandiconcime il montaggio deve essere
eseguito da persona esperta, attrezzata ed ap-
positamente istruita.
Nel disegno esploso della
«SEZIONE 7 - Parti di
ricambio»
sono riportate tutte le viti e le rondelle
da usare.
F.4.3a 1.
Fissare il gruppo trasmissione (1) al telaio (T).
2.
Montare il disco spargitore (2) sull’albero di tra
-
smissione (1) e bloccarlo con l’apposita spina.
3.
Fissare il carter di protezione (3) al telaio (T).
4.
Bloccare al telaio i due bracci supporto tramoggia
(4).
5.
Inserire nell’albero del gruppo trasmissione,
l’anello seeger, la rondella sostegno dischi, e i due
dischi di regolazione.
6.
Fissare la tramoggia (6) sui bracci laterali (4) e
sul telaio.
7.
Inserire nel foro di scarico della tramoggia la
bussola guida agitatore (7).
8.
Fissare l’agitatore (8) sull’albero del gruppo.
9.
Montare il tirante interno (9), e fissarlo con le
apposite viti a testa tonda, assieme ai bracci laterali
(4) e ai tiranti di sostegno (13).
10.
Montare la leva di regolazione spaglio (10) e
collegarla al disco con 3 fori.
11.
Montare la leva di apertura concime (11) e
collegare i tiranti di apertura al disco con due fori.
12.
Montare l’arco di protezione disco sul carter e
fissarlo ai due sostegni (13) con le apposite viti.

Assembly
In order to guarantee the highest safety while
using the spreader its assemblage has to be
performed by a well-equipped and prepared
technician.
Our exploded view of the
«SECTION 7 - Spare
parts»
represents all screws and washers which
should be used.
1.
Fix the gear box (1) to the frame (T).
2.
Mount the spreading disc (2) on the drive shaft
of the gear box (1) and fix with a pin.
3.
Fix the protection guard (3) to the frame (T).
4.
Fix the two side supports (4) to the frame.
5.
Insert the circlip, the washer and the 2 dosing
discs in the drive shaft of the gear box.
6.
Fix the hopper (6) to the side supports (4) and
to the frame.
7.
Insert the agitator guide bush (7) in the hopper
bottom outlet.
8.
Fix the agitator (8) to the drive shaft of the gear
box.
9.
Mount the hopper reinforcement bar (9) and fix
it together with the side supports (4) and the sup
-
porting bars (13) by means of screws.
10.
Fix the adjustment lever (10) and connect it to
the 3-hole disc.
11.
Fix the opening lever (11) and connect the tie
rods to the 2-hole disc.
12.
Fix the roll-over protection device to the guard
and fasten to the two supports (13) with screws.
