Data Types for Data Transfer
This section describes the data types that the E5052A uses for data transfer.
Array type
If you use any of the following commands, the data transfer will be executed using
array-type data. Heree, you can choose from among ASCII transfer format, IEEE 64-bit
floating point binary transfer format, and IEEE 32-bit floating point binary transfer format.
