6. Assemble a center collar channel clip (L) to the ends of both the short center collar channels (M)
using flange bolts (B) and flange nuts (C).
NOTE:
Ensure that the center collar channel clips (L) are assembled to the outside of the short
center collar channel (M). Make sure to lift up the short center collar channel (M) from the
channel clip (L) while tightening the flange bolts (B) and the flange nuts (C).
7. Install one 1/2 in. bolt (N) and nut (O) into the center hole of both the short center collar channels
(M) to aid with water shedding.
NOTE:
Installing the 1/2 in. bolt and nut will create a slight pitch when the center cap plate is
installed, allowing water to shed from this area.
