Send e-mail to
Select this option to give your users a quick method of contact; enter the
destination e-mail address in the Address text box.
Execute JavaScript
Select this option to execute a JavaScript on click behavior. Click the
browse button, enter the script in the JavaScript dialog box, and click OK. Click the arrow
button to the right of the browse button to set window destination and other options.

Click OK.
Your new menu item or submenu item appears in the list of menu captions.
Note:
You can edit an existing menu item at any time by highlighting the menu item in the list and
clicking Edit.

Continue adding or editing menu items as needed.
Note:
To delete a menu item, select it in the list and click the delete button to the right of the Add
and Edit buttons.

(Optional) Click the Settings button to make additional configurations to the menu. In the
Skin menu settings dialog box, you can set the location of the menu to top left, top center, or
top right. You can also configure menu colors and fonts.

When you are finished, click OK.
Note:
You can hide menu items but preserve the settings you selected by clearing the Show menu
option on the Menu tab.
Adding project information
All playback control styles contain an information button. When your users click this button,
they receive project information such as author, company name, and website address. You can add
or change this information through the Skin Editor dialog box. It is important to set project
properties if you are creating a 508-compliant accessible project.
To add project information:
1.
Open an Adobe Captivate project.
2.
From the Project menu, select Skin.
The Skin Editor dialog box appears.
3.
On the Info tab, type information in the following fields:
Project name
Enter a distinctive and descriptive name for your project.
Author
Enter the name of the authors of the project.
Company
Enter the company or organization name.
Enter an e-mail address. In most cases, this is a general e-mail address for the
company or, if appropriate, the e-mail address of your customer service department.
Website
Enter the company website address.
Copyright Enter any important copyright information for your project.
Description
Enter a short description of the project contents. For example, “This project is a
brief overview of Product ZYX.”
4.
When you are finished, click OK.
