Start-up
Unpacking and setting up
1. Take the appliance and all accessories out of its packaging and carefully remove all
the packing material.
2. Check all parts for possible damage caused during transport.
3. Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface. This area should be easy to clean,
brightly lit and easily accessible.
4. Open the lid.
5. Take out the baking tin by turning it slightly anticlockwise and then pulling it
upwards to remove.
6. Pull the dough hook off the shaft in the dough container.
7. Clean all parts before using for the first time, see the section “Cleaning”.
8. Dry the cleaned parts carefully.
To put the dough container back into position:
1. Place the cleaned dough container in the cooking chamber.
2. Turn the dough container clockwise as far as it will go. The container should click as
it fits into position.
3. Fit the dough hook onto the shaft in the dough container (can only be fitted on in
one position).
4. Close the lid.
Heating up the bread maker

The housing becomes very hot during the baking process. Burns risk! If
you need to open the lid, only hold it by the handles.

The dough container also gets very hot. Let the whole appliance cool
down a bit before taking the dough container out. Use oven gloves or
similar when you need to hold the dough container or the handle of
the dough container.
When using the appliance for the first time, you may notice a slight odour,
which will quickly disappear. Ensure there is sufficient ventilation e.g.
through an open window.
1. Unwind the power cord completely and plug the mains plug into a power socket
with an earth connection.
As soon as the device is powered, a beep will sound.
2. Before using the appliance for the first time, allow it to heat up for about 10 minutes
with the baking container inserted and
without any ingredients in
. To do this:

Press MENÜ multiple times until the display shows “15” (the baking
programme).
