The concrete compression strength must be a minimum of 4,000 psi, as determined by ASTM 
C39, Test of Compression Strength of Concrete Cylinders. The slump of the concrete must be 2 
to 4 inches, as determined by ASTM C143.

Coarse aggregate used in the concrete shall be graded from 3/4 inch to No. 4 only.
