Burner And Pilot System
The burner assembly may be removed for easier access to the control compartment.

Action:
• Vacuum all components of the burner system.
• Visually check burner ports for blockage, especially near the pilot.
•
Visually check pilot light and burner flame pattern when in operation. Flames should be steady, not lifting or floating.
The fireplace area must be kept clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline and other flammable vapors and
liquids.

• Disconnect the fans from electrical current and vacuum.
• The bearings are sealed and require no oiling.
Vent System
If the vent-air intake system is disassembled for any reason, reinstall per instructions provided with installation (see
Installation section).

• Examination of the vent system is required.

The flow of combustion and ventilation air must not be obstructed.
Label all wires prior to disconnection when servicing controls. Wiring errors can cause improper
and dangerous operation. Verify proper operation after servicing.
