3. Connecting a conventional siren
If the accessory module is used in function 4 (wireless siren
module) and a conventional siren should be used without its
own power supply, connect the accessory module with the
siren as follows:
6.3.5 Wireless siren transmitter/receiver
Function 5 / LED 5
When used as a wireless siren transmitter or receiver, a wireless
siren can be connected to any centre over the accessory module.
The inputs of the accessory module are connected to the alarm
centre relay outputs used for triggering the flash and siren. The
outputs of the accessory module are connected to the tamper input
of the alarm centre. A further accessory module is connected to
any signalling device. The flash and siren can be triggered
wirelessly and independently of each other.
To use the accessory modules as wireless siren
transmitters/receivers, proceed as follows:
Firstly, program the accessory module connected to a siren as a
