PROGRAM (P1~P12) mode:
There are 12 preset exercise programs available. In this mode, you can set up TIME
and DISTANCE
(one or another), STROKES, CALORIES and PULSE. You can press UP and DOWN
to adjust tension in whole exercise profile.
1. Press MODE/ENTER to enter PROGRAM mode, the main display under LCD
matrix flashes "P1",
and LCD matrix shows preset profile. Press UP and DOWN to
choose from P1~P12, press
MODE/ENTER to confirm setting.
2. The main display under LCD matrix flashes, press UP and DOWN button to adjust
whole exercise
tension. The profile is from L1~L8, press MODE/ENTER
to confirm the value.

TIME window flashes. Press UP and DOWN button to set up the desired time to
exercise. Press
MODE/ENTER to confirm the value.

DISTANCE window flashes. Press UP and DOWN button to set up the desired
distance to exercise. Press MODE/ENTER to confirm the value.
NOTE: You can only set up either TIME or DISTANCE target in this mode.
6. STROKES window flashes. Press UP and DOWN button to set up the desired strokes to
exercise. Press MODE/ENTER to confirm the value.
6. CALORIES window flashes. Press UP and DOWN button to set up the desired CALORIES
to be burned. Press MODE/ENTER to confirm the value.

PULSE window flashes. Press UP and DOWN button to set up target pulse to
exercise. Press MODE/ENTER to confirm the value.
8. Press START/STOP button to begin exercise. the STOP icon on the top-left of LCD
disappear.
9. Press START/STOP again to stop exercise, the STOP icon on the top-left of LCD shows
up. The monitor displays data from last
exercise : average time/500M, average SPM,
average WATT, average PULSE.
NOTE:
1. If you did not set up the value of TIME or DISTANCE, STROKES and CALORIES, monitor
counts up from zero. If these values have been set, the monitor start counting down until they
reached zero, and then it beeps 8 times to remind you.
2. In this mode, you don't need to set each value, press MODE/ENTER to skip the value you
want to ignore, and press START/STOP at any time to start exercise.
3. During exercise, press UP and DOWN button to adjust tension.

c.HRC (Heart Rate Control mode):
This is a heart rate control mode. The monitor provides 4 default target settings : 55%, 75%,
90% and manual input. (showing as TAG) Monitor will calculate the value according to the
