6.5 Welding programmes
Up to 40 welding programmes (JOBs) can be created and saved in the configuration menu via the
operating panel. These JOBs can be started during operation via the main menu.
The figure shows a graphic representation of the welding process. This begins at the start point with the
speed indicated in the main menu. First, a weld seam is welded (section 1). Then the crater is filled for a
specific amount of time (section 2). Backweld takes place in the connector (section 3), before the device
moves to the start of the next weld seam (section 4). The described process will be repeated until the total
length is covered.

► To select another JOB, keep F2 pressed and rotate
left or right.
► Confirm the selection by releasing F2.
If the direction switch was not actuated, then further
adjustments within the JOB are possible.
Example 1:
► Rotate F1 to adjust the oscillation width.
► Rotate F2 to adjust the oscillation speed.
The value will be applied and does not have to be
confirmed.
Example 2:
► Rotate F1 to adjust delay time 1.
► Press F1 to change delay time 1 to oscillation width.
► Rotate F2 to adjust delay time 2.
► Press F2 to change delay time 2 to oscillation speed.
The value will be applied and does not have to be
confirmed.
