1 Identification
The welding tractor ABICAR 1200 PRO is used to produce continuous butt and fillet welds. It is attached
with permanent magnets and can be used with MIG/MAG welding torches. The device must only be
operated using original ABICOR BINZEL spare parts. These operating instructions only describe the welding
tractor ABICAR 1200 PRO.
When used in these operating instructions, the terms “device”, “product” and “welding tractor” always refer
to the welding tractor ABICAR 1200 PRO.
In connection with the accessories, the following use is enabled:
— Welding with oscillation
— Use a larger-diameter welding torch
— Welding with two welding torches simultaneously
— Movement of the equipment along external edges, lap joints, low walls, walls with holes, ceilings,
tubes and tanks

corresponding marking has been affixed to the product, if required.
