6 Putting into operation

Connect the blue or green sheathed power cable to the corresponding power source. If necessary, have
a specialist install a plug that corresponds to the welding power source.

Plug in the weld start signal cable on the device.
6.4 Switching on/off the device
► Plug in the mains plug.
► To switch on the device, depress the on/off switch until it engages.
After the device has been switched on, first the current software version number will be shown on the
display. The main menu will then appear.
► To switch off the device, fully depress the on/off switch and then release it.
After approx. 6 s, the device will switch off and the display and the LED in the on/off switch will disappear.
