Required equipment

Low capacity

When the remaining battery capacity becomes critical, the timer generates an error message

or warning (parameterizable). The battery fault LED at the front of the timer is lit, see

Location on page 227

. If the event has been defined as an error message, a welding process

is not possible in this state.

CAUTION!

Data loss! Without a pending supply voltage and after removal of the battery, data back-up is

guaranteed for up to 24 hours only. Therefore, always have at your disposal a new battery and

insert it immediately upon removal of the old one.

The following procedures details how to change the battery.

two years!

The battery may be replaced while the timer is running.

3. Turn the battery cover on the timers front to the left.

4. Remove the old battery.

5. Insert the new battery correctly, for correct polarity.

Please refer to the illustration
on the front of the timer.

6. Close the battery compartment with the battery cover.
