Shows six instances of the function with 19 measurements per instance. The
measurements indicate which breakers and disconnectors are permitted to open and/
or close, the status of the disconnect devices and switch status validity. For example,
the measurement named VPQB2TR indicates with output value 1 that the switch
status of disconnector QB2 is valid.
