After a composition change, an LCT indication is seen on the LHMI at the IED start-
up. At this point, PCM600 should be connected to the IED as it reads the changed
data from the IED. The LCT indication is cleared in the same way as other
indications. If PCM600 is not connected to the IED, the indication is seen again
after the IED's reboot.
