If recovery attempts do not clear the problem, contact FIMER support. An inverter
firmware flash drive (ZMU-02) replacement may be the only option if all ordinary recovery
attempts fail.
The firmware upload terminates prematurely due to disconnected USB cable
1. Disconnect auxiliary power.
2. Disconnect the Flash memory stick.
3. Connect auxiliary power.
4. Wait until the BCU boots and the 7-segment display flashes “U”.
5. Plug in the Flash module to the BCU.
6. Retry uploading the firmware.
Upload may or may not succeed. If not, the Flash memory has to be replaced. Contact
FIMER.

Cleaning the cabinet

Use a vacuum cleaner with an antistatic hose and nozzle. Using a
normal vacuum cleaner creates static discharges which can damage the sensitive
components.
1. Stop the inverter and do the steps in
work.
2. Clean the interior of the cabinet with a soft brush and a vacuum cleaner, if needed.
3. Clean the air inlets and outlets of the inverter.
Cleaning the cooling air intake grilles

1. Stop the inverter before you start the work.
2. Clean the grilles with a vacuum cleaner or brush. Do not use a pressure washer or
pressurized air.
3. Wipe the grilles clean and let them dry.
