
Follow the order of the separate procedures according to the order they are
presented.
CAUTION
While performing the following procedures, the cable harness will still be fitted
or partly fitted to the robot. Use extreme caution not to cause any damage to the
cable harness!
Preparations
Note
Action
If needed, run the axis-1 into a position that
gives the required space (space to place
two pallets in a row) at the right-hand side
of the balancing device, as seen from be-
hind.
Jog the robot to:
•
Axis 1 = No significance (as long as
the robot is secured to the founda-
tion). See Note.
•
Axis 2 = -60°
•
Axis 3 = +60°
•
Axis 4 = 0°
•
Axis 5 = 0°
•
Axis 6 = 0°

DANGER
Turn off all:
•
electric power supply
•
hydraulic pressure supply
•
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.

Unscrew the uppermost attachment screw
that holds the bracket of the DressPack
cable package (if one is fitted), and let it
"fall down" . See figure!
Note
It is not needed to disconnect the lower
end of the DressPack as the figure shows.
Connectors are only hidden here to get a
better view of which screw to remove.
