When template functionality is enabled, dropped data objects are compared to the data
in the template. If matching data is found, the address properties are modified according
to template.

Base addresses
The Base Address determines the base address value for each signal in template. The
default value is determined by either the last digit of the IP address property or the Station
Address property of IED.
[Baseaddress] *1000 + signal address value = address value in Cross References.
For example:
TMW_Anvil IED Base Address= 61
QA1CSWI1.Pos Indication index = 301
QA1CSWI1.Pos Indication index = 301
61*1000 + 300 = 61301
