Taking a conference call off hold

Using the 9617 telephone:

Press

Using the main window in Personal Call Manager:

Right-click one of the calls in the Conference box. A
menu appears.

Click on the

UnHoldConf

menu item.

All calls in the conference become active and the icons
change to the Conference icons.

Using the task tray or Calls menu in Personal Call
Manager:

Click on the Personal Call Manager task tray icon or
the

Calls

menu. (See

The task tray icon

on page 55.)

Point to one of the calls in the conference. A submenu
appears.

Click on the

UnHoldConf

menu item.

All calls in the conference become active and the icons
change to the Conference icons.
