Caller ID and Personal Call Manager

When someone calls you, the 

You Have a 

New Call

 dialog box appears at the bottom 

right of your computer screen, and one of the 
Ringing icons (shown on the right) appears in 
the Calls box, the Personal Call Manager task 
tray menu and the Calls menu. (See
