Unholding a call using Personal Call Manager

To retrieve a held call using the main window:

Right-click on the icon of the call in the Calls box.

Click on the

UnHold

menu item.

To retrieve a held call using the task tray or Calls
menu:

Click on the Personal Call Manager task tray icon or
the

Calls

menu. (See

The task tray icon

on page 55.)

Point to the caller you want to talk to. A submenu
appears.

Click on the

UnHold

menu item.

Tip

: You can also double-click the call to take it off hold.

You can take a call off hold by clicking the Unhold
button on the toolbar (shown on the right) on the
